Aoi Huber Kono was born in tokyo in 1936. In 1960, she moved to Stockholm where she attented a perfectionnism class of graphic design at the Arts et meacutetiers school. She went all over the world, from exhibition to exhibition and that in meeting Bruno Munari that she starts to be intersting in children39s book. Since, Aoi Huber Kono has never stop to exercise her art in wich she mixes her two cultures,eastern and western. I was winter has been published at the Panan edition in 2006.It was winter...The weather is getting cloudy, the clouds are becomming threatenning. Suddenly, the snow and the earth have been covering by a huge white coat almost immaculate. Almost, because stange footprint have been appearing on the fresh powdery.
